The Ripple Breath

A three-minute, three-part sequence designed to help you release, ground, and align. This signature practice uses science-backed breathwork techniques to reset your state in minutes.

1) Physiological Sigh (3 rounds): Scientifically proven to rapidly down-regulate the nervous system and shed stress.

2) Box Breathing (3 rounds): Often called “tactical breathing,” this method sharpens mental focus and provides a sense of control.

3) Coherence Breath (remaining time): An equal exchange of inhale to exhale. This is the most studied technique to date for balancing heart rate variability.
